Position - Airport Manager Location - Kolkata Airport Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service Drive sales by promoting forex services and cross-selling related financial products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Operational Management Oversee the daily operations of the Forex counter, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. Monitor and manage cash flow, currency inventory, and stock levels to meet customer demands. Ensure timely reconciliation of transactions and accurate reporting of financial data. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and service standards. Develop schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure all operations adhere to local and international financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies. Conduct periodic audits and implement corrective measures as needed. Address and resolve any discrepancies or potential compliance risks.,
