Roles and responsibilities:
Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and provide service estimates. Create work orders and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians. Schedule service appointments and manage service calendars. Oversee parts inventory and assist in sourcing required parts. Prepare invoices, explain charges, and process payments. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and future service needs.
Skills:
Bachelors degree in mechanical or related field Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong communication skills. Previous experience in automotive service or customer service.
