Job Title: Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) Location: Bengaluru-KA Job Summary: As Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and management of the organisation AI strategy. This includes overseeing AI projects, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring AI is effectively leveraged to drive business outcomes. The CAIO will also collaborate with leadership across various departments to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic AI Leadership: Develop and implement the companys AI vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business goals. AI Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of AI technology and innovation, exploring emerging trends and identifying opportunities for implementation within the organisation. AI Project Oversight: Lead and manage AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet desired objectives. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of AI professionals, including data scientists, engineers, and analysts. Provide mentorship and guidance. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with IT, product development, marketing, and other departments to drive AI-driven initiatives and integrate AI technologies into products and services. Data Strategy and Management: Ensure that data infrastructure supports AI initiatives, including the collection, storage, and analysis of relevant data for AI models. Ethics and Compliance: Oversee the ethical implementation of AI technologies, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate AI strategies, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and external stakeholders, such as investors and partners. Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of AI systems and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Budget and Resource Management: Manage the budget for AI-related projects and allocate resources effectively. Qualifications: Education: A master's or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in AI or related technology fields, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning. Leadership: Proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic Vision: Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI strategy with company goals and drive transformative business results. Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex technical challenges and think strategically to find innovative solutions. Ethics and Regulation: Familiarity with AI ethics and regulations and the ability to navigate them in real-world applications. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a specific industry (e.g EdTech Healthcare, Finance, Retail) where AI solutions are being applied. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience in developing AI models and algorithms at scale.,
