Job Title: Mainframe Developer We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-level Mainframe Engineer with specialized experience in M204 Migration Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mainframe technologies, including DB2, M204, and COBOL, and a proven track record in executing migration projects effectively. Responsibilities: Lead and participate in M204 Migration Projects, ensuring smooth and successful migrations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping to enhance team skills and knowledge. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe systems, ensuring operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and aligned with business objectives. Maintain and improve existing mainframe systems, ensuring their stability and scalability. Requirements: Strong expertise in Mainframe technologies, including DB2, M204, and COBOL. Hands-on experience in M204 Migration Projects, with a deep understanding of the migration process. Proven ability to mentor and guide team members effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience working in Agile development environments.
