Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commission-Based Sales Manager/Executive in the IT services domain. The Sales Manager/Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing the sales cycle. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, particularly in the IT services sector Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and client relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a remote setting Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools Ability to meet and exceed sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience with commission-based sales is a plus,
