Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Kharar (On-site) Experience Required: 2 to 5 years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kharar. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a strong background in SEO, social media marketing, media buying, web analytics, marketing automation and funnel building, and online marketing. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Build, manage, and grow our social media presence. Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance (ROI & KPIs). Identify trends, optimize marketing spend, and improve campaign performance. Develop and implement creative digital growth strategies. Conduct A/B testing, measure experiments, and track conversion rates. Work with internal teams to enhance landing pages and user experience. Utilize analytics to improve customer journeys across multiple touchpoints. Identify and optimize key conversion points and user funnels. Collaborate with agencies and vendors for campaign execution. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing technologies and trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in SEO, social media marketing, media buying, email marketing, and analytics. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing research & statistical analysis. Ability to create engaging digital campaigns that attract and convert target audiences. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to lead a team and manage tasks within deadlines.
