About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to meet the company's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews and assessments. Posting job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment websites. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Managing candidate databases and ensuring data is up-to-date. Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies. Assisting in onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and induction sessions. Providing regular updates to HR management regarding recruitment status and goals. Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws during the recruitment process. Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes. Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
