You Bring (Experience + Qualification): Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing (incl. 2+ in metals) with a technical or business degree. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and drive large-scale manufacturing IT projects. Expertise: Skilled in MES processes (Productivity, Downtime, Quality, Warehouse) and manufacturing models (Discrete & Continuous). Systems & Integration: Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Apriso, Siemens Opcenter, PSImetals) and MES-ERP/L2 integration. Project Management: Strong grasp of Agile/Kanban and IT resource management. Travel: Up to 50% monthly travel to customer sites.
