Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer- HRO Job Summary The Human Resources Coordinator will provide high quality, comprehensive support on key HR processes and HR transactions enterprise-wide. This role will deliver exceptional customer service and reliable answers to employees and people managers. They will also execute on efficient processes resulting in more consistent data and insights. Job Responsibilities: Serve as initial point of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests. Engage to determine scope of need, work to resolve issue, and direct to resources; escalate issues when necessary. Find opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives within assigned scope of work. Propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to employees and people leaders. Support enterprise HR transactional work. Work to improve and standardize work to support automation where feasible. Support employees via written case work and through phone calls. Managing large amounts of inbound and some outbound calls in a timely manner. Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions Answer incoming calls from employees Maintain confidential and sensitive information. Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. Performs background research and follow-up needed to resolve employee requests that cannot be resolved at the time of initial contact, including root cause analysis. Maintain standard operating procedures, policies, systems, and technology to ensure that maximum efficiencies are achieved in responding to employee inquiries. Ensure that all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. Assist in quality assurance or People Connect Request work, as needed Completing full People Connect Request work training to understand the foundation of inquiries from our employees along with basic troubleshooting. Resolve assigned escalated Requests for key business/functional stakeholders in correspondence with that requests service level agreement Engage with leaders and/or employees as needed to support the successful execution of key employee Moments that Matter through data and project support Minimum Qualifications Bachelors or equivalent education Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs with exceptional outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use a PC as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other human capital management software.
