MBA from premier institute
- Heading end to end HR activities for the Sales workforce
- Develop, implement strategies for organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.
- Enhance workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning of Sales unit.
- Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
- Responsible for the end to end Employee life cycle management, hiring strategies, performance management, career planning, compensation etc.
- Implement sales policies, rewards and recognition and incentive schemes to increase the effectiveness of Sales force Employee engagement.
