IT Associate( Trainee) Aditya Birla Group Worli- Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site) Job Title: IT Associate Job Description: Application Management: Project Coordination Stakeholder Collaboration Process Improvement: Training & Documentation: Application Support Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT application management, project coordination, or related roles. Strong understanding of IT applications, system integrations, and software lifecycle management. Experience in coordinating IT projects, tracking deliverables, and engaging with stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL), project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and reporting tools is a plus.,
