Responsibilities: Create and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns for clients. Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI. Develop ad targeting strategies based on client goals and target audience. Stay up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) Ads policies and changes and implement them in campaigns. Collaborate with other teams to ensure ad creative and messaging align with overall marketing strategy. Track and report on ad performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications & Skills: 2 Years of Facebook Ads Experience Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field Expertise in Facebook Ads Comfortable with Ads Reporting & Analytics Understanding of Facebooks Ad Policies Ability to Create & Manage Campaigns Experience with A/B Testing & Optimization Knowledge of Targeting & Custom Audiences Proficiency in Ad Copy & Creative Development,
