As we expand our design team, we are looking for a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our growing team. Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and skilled 3D Designer with a focus on both interior and exterior designs. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in 3D modeling and visualization, with proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion. As a 3D Designer at Bilara Group, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and rendering for architectural projects, ensuring that all designs align with the company's design goals and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D models of interior and exterior architectural designs using SketchUp. Create realistic and visually engaging renderings using Lumion. Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure design integrity and consistency across all stages of the project. Provide 3D visualizations for client presentations and proposals. Create and manage 3D assets, materials, and textures. Work on both conceptual and detailed 3D models. Ensure the accuracy and quality of the final renderings. Maintain a well-organized digital library of designs, models, and other assets. Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and techniques. Qualifications: Proven experience of at least 1 year as a 3D Designer (Interior & Exterior) or in a related field. Proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion (required). Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D design projects for both interiors and exteriors. Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus. Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team. Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes as needed.,
