Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for Senior Baseband Engineer for wireless PHY team to lead the team in its efforts to design and develop PHY layer algorithms in proprietary wireless communications, as well as standard wireless communications such as 802.11ax/be/ac, 5G and beyond. The wireless baseband team is responsible for design of PHY algorithms as per specifications in MATLAB and port them to C and RTL. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, operate gracefully under stress, handle multiple assignments in parallel. The person should be a team player as the work involves a lot of cross-functional aspects and you will need to show excellent interpersonal and understanding skills. Minimum Qualifications 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Baseband algorithm development Strong experience in developing PHY algorithms and complete Tx, Rx chains in MATLAB Knowledge of at least one PHY layer 802.11, 5G, LTE, 3G etc. Excellent signal processing knowledge and be able to mentor freshers Good Debugging skills and tuning the algorithms to meet the stringent requirements of wireless communication algorithms Additional Qualifications Xilinx FPGA porting and verification is desired System level design and development experience is highly preferred Education & Experience BTech in ECE in a reputed institute SMTech in Communication related specialization in NIT, IIT, IIIT institutes Send resumes to hidden_email,
