Key Responsibilities:

Consultation & Diagnosis
Conduct detailed patient consultations
Take comprehensive patient history and diagnose skin/hair conditions
Write accurate prescriptions and offer thorough explanations of treatment plans
Create detailed personalized treatment plans for patients

Treatments
Perform advanced treatments such as CoolSculpting, HIFU, Q-Switched Lasers, MnRF, PRP, Skin Peels, Fillers, etc.
Take ownership of patient treatments ensuring high professional standards
Supervise skin/hair technicians to ensure safety and proper execution of basic treatments

Patient Care
Spend adequate time with patients to explain treatment details and aftercare
Provide minimal treatments with a focus on achieving the patients goals (adopting a "less is more" philosophy)
Follow up with patients proactively to address concerns and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Dermatology, Aesthetics, or Trichology
MBBS, BHMS, or Dermatologist degree
Experience in advanced aesthetic treatments is preferred
Strong patient communication skills and a caring attitude
Ability to work with a team and provide leadership
