Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to bring their outbound sales expertise to our team at Tata Capital in Bangalore. This position involves managing outbound communication ,with a commitment to working 6 Days working 1 day rotational off during the Day shift. Both Fresher and Experienced candidates and also Under Graduate and Graduates ,unlimited Incentives.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

 

Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

 

Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

 

Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

 

Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.
