Job Description

    JOB DISCRIPTION:

    • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals
    • Manage operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
    • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
    • Operate the assigned sales territory / market segment to meet sales & service requirements and expectations within the budgeted norms
    • To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organizations products/services
    • To plan and oversee the execution of local area promotional activities in both sales and service
    • To device strategies for effective and real time market intelligence in order to stay ahead of competition
    • To come out with innovative and cost effective marketing ideas in order to stay always on top
    • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
    • Compile information and  data related to customer and prospect interactions
    • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
    • Oversee the assigned sales department to ensure proper maintenance of all sales systems and functions
    • To strictly adhere to systems, procedures, credit policies, discount structure laid by the company from time to time
    • Ensure proper sales documentation
    • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
    • Manage the use of budgets
    • To keep outstanding amount in check
    • Define optimal sales force structure
    • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
    • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

     Must Have Experience Into:

    • Building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
    • Developing and growing an existing business channel
    • Should have an experience in monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated targets, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations

     SKILLS SET:

    • Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Outstanding negotiation skills
    • Strong knowledge of Mathematics, Data Analysis and Statistical Methods
    • Ability to work well with others, strong initiative and willing to accept additional responsibilities

     EDUCATION:

    BBA / MBA in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing or Any Associate degree with a relevant experience of min 5 years.

     EXPERIENCE:                                                                  

    5-10 Yrs (Minimum 2 yrs of previous experience from Automotive Lubricant Sales Industry)
