Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Talent Supply Chain -Supply Manager Talent Supply Chain Transformation is a Strategic Workforce Management initiative, that includes all aspects of design, build and implementation of prioritized solution themes across multiple functional areas with a clear focus on staffing right people at the right time for the right cost, while creating delightful experiences for the end user. This initiative includes mobilizing resources from cross functional team to implement the end state technology ecosystem to streamline, collect, disseminate required data/information and institutionalize a standard process built on a digital backbone to optimize our talent demand-supply matching and accelerate our global demand fulfillment process. The new hire would be encouraged to bring in fresh perspective and open the boundaries around how we have handled the talent supply chain in the organization historically. This initiative is about driving the RIGHT people & skillset for the RIGHT project in the RIGHT geography at the RIGHT time with the RIGHT cost structure. We will leverage solutions across process simplification & standardization, technology embedment, policy reimagination in line to best-in-class practices that allows the stalent supply chain to become predictive & proactive. Given it is a new muscle we are building and change we are driving, we are looking for a visible change advocate who will passionately care about making this mission happen in the assigned functional areas within the supply chain demand setup, supply visibility, onboarding, background checks, internal redeployment to enable timely demand fulfillment. Responsibilities The candidate for this role displays intellectual curiosity and a passion to drive big organizational changes. In this role, you will be part of the Talent Supply Chain Transformation team and work closely with HR Shared Services, Business Operations, HR & technology teams to: Understand As-Is process & data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally Create detailed process, policy & system design documents which will become a base for the new ERP implementation for the functional area Identify opportunities to simplify and align to the global process design for the functional area Conduct Gap analysis and create a change journeys / solution implementation roadmap across process, data and systems Work closely with Talent Supply Chain Transformation Leader for the functional area and drive execution of solution implementation roadmap Drive change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of the solutions Seed external breathing in the way we solve challenges across the functional area Support new ERP solution build to automate the standard global process design for the regions & relevant businesses Qualifications we seek in you!
