• Understanding the job requirements and utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.

 

• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially in job portals.

 

• Responsible for the entire hiring process.

 

• Maintaining good rapport with candidates for future reference.

 

• Providing effective and timely update at every stage to the head of the department.

 

Desired Candidate 

 

• Looking for who can work purely on linked-in, network and referencing for niche skills.

 

• Candidate from hiring or sales background preferred.

 

• Working experience with niche requirements would be an added advantage.
