Charging Quality Assurance Engineer Job in MNR @ MNR Solutions Pvt Ltd

Job Description

• 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role in charging systems, power electronics, or the EV industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices, including root cause analysis, FMEA, and Six Sigma principles. Experience of APQP, PPAP, 8D and ISO standards & Frameworks
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the ability to work closely with suppliers and assembly partners.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to use data to drive quality improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work across functions and with external partners.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

 

Great to Haves

• Experience with EV charging systems, including swappable battery solutions and DC fast chargers.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, quality and certifications related to EV charging manufacturing, deployment, and contract manufacturing
• Familiarity with the challenges of ensuring quality in emerging markets, including considerations for infrastructure and environmental factors.
• Experience at an EV or charging startup is not required but highly preferred.
