- Skills : Talend CatLog & Governance Experience : 5 - 8 yrs Location : Mumbai, Vile Parle(5 Days WFO) Job Description: Responsibilities Data Integration Design and develop robust data integration solutions using Talend Studio to meet business requirements Data Governance Implementation Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies using Talend tools Data Catalog Implementation Implement and configure Talend Data Catalog to ensure effective metadata management and data governance across the organization Metadata Management Assist in the creation and maintenance of metadata repositories ensuring consistency completeness data lineage and traceability Data Quality Develop and manage data quality rules and processes to ensure the accuracy consistency and reliability of data Data Dictionaries Create and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries and business glossaries Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability Collaboration Work closely with data stewards business analysts data engineers data scientists and business stakeholders to understand their needs and align metadata solutions with organizational goals Documentation Maintain thorough documentation for data pipelines metadata processes data governance workflows and system configurations Compliance Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies Qualifications Experience 3-5 years of experience in data management governance and integration with at least 2 years using Talend Data Catalog and Talend Data Governance tools Technical Skills Proficiency in Talend Data Fabric SQL and scripting languages like Python or Bash Data Governance Knowledge Strong understanding of data governance concepts including metadata lineage and data quality Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field,
