Job Description

We are hiring DRA Certified candidates for our Banking - Collections Process. Join one of the leading global customer experience management companies and build your career in the banking collection domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments on loans/credit cards.

Remind customers of pending dues and explain the payment process.

Follow RBI and banking guidelines during conversations.

Update the system with call remarks and payment commitments.

Ensure maximum recovery while maintaining professionalism and good customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

Experience: Freshers / Experienced in Collections / Telecalling

Languages: Good communication in English, Hindi, and one South Indian Language (Malayalam / Kannada / Tamil)

Mandatory: DRA Certification (Only DRA Certified candidates can apply)

Salary Details:

CTC: Up to 23,000 per month

Take Home: 19,000 per month

Joining: Immediate
