Commcise is an integrated cloud-based Research Valuation, Consumption Tracking, Commission Management and Share-of-Wallet reporting solution built to meet the needs of Investment Managers. Commcise provides clients with an automated Reconciliation, Invoice/Contract Management, Commission Targeting, Broker Voting, Commission Management and Reporting solution. 2. Gatelab: Founded in 1989 with offices in Isernia, Milan and London, currently a company of the Euronext Group, Gatelab is a leading provider of trading & market access solutions to the global financial community. Gatelab offers scalable low-latency solutions to support market-makers, price-takers and brokers in pretrade, trading and post-trade operations across venues of any asset class on premises or hosted. Customers including leading Exchanges, Investment Banks and Brokerage institutions are supported from our offices in the United Kingdom and in Italy. Location: Bangalore Working Hours: UK Shift Timings Relevant Experience: 13 15 years Role Purpose: To manage testing activities to ensure best user product experience Required Qualifications: Engineering or IT Degree Mandatory Strong expertise on software testing concepts and methodologies Strong communication skills Strong technical aptitude preferably in automation Good to Have Good knowledge of SQL scripting Good understanding of Capital Markets / Asset Management Operations / Investment Banking ISTQB Certification Deliverables and Tasks: Domain Expertise Strong understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, wealth management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID, SEC, SEBI, FCA). Experience with financial instruments (equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX, commodities) and posttrade processes (clearing, settlement, risk management). Testing Strategy & Execution Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies across: Functional testing: UAT, regression, integration, end-to-end. Non-functional testing: Performance, security, resiliency, compliance. Develop test governance models, risk-based testing approaches, and enforce QA best practices. Drive automation-first and shift-left testing strategies across teams. Technology & Automation Strong grasp of programming concepts, coding standards, and test frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and low-code automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Katalon Studio). Experience in API testing (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and knowledge of connectivity protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, FIX, WebSockets). Understanding of microservices testing, contract testing, and containerized environments. Understanding of system design concepts such as scaling, load balancing, resilience etc. AI and the Future of Automation Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications in test automation. Ability to drive AI-driven automation initiatives across business and process automation domains. Knowledge of self-healing test automation, predictive analytics for defect detection, and intelligent test data management. DevOps & CI/CD Integration Experience in continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps). Knowledge of infrastructure as code and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog) for real-time monitoring of test environments. Performance, Security & Resilience Testing Expertise in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, k6). Deep knowledge of security testing methodologies (OWASP, DAST, SAST) and regulatory compliance testing. Experience with resilience testing and chaos engineering (e.g., Chaos Monkey, Gremlin) for high availability systems. Leadership & Team Development Strong people management, mentoring, and team-building skills. Ability to train and upskill teams in modern testing methodologies and tools. Proven track record of stakeholder management across business, product, and technology teams. Agile & Strategic Thinking Agile mindset to suggest context-driven solutions rather than relying on pre-existing approaches. Ability to lead Agile testing transformations, implement BDD/TDD practices, and drive collaborative test strategies. Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a willingness to be hands-on when required.,
