Job Description

    Position Overview: The Retail Saleout Head is responsible for driving retail sales performance, ensuring the achievement of targets, and managing the overall sale-out process. This role involves strategizing, monitoring, and enhancing the customer experience at retail outlets, as well as managing relationships with channel partners and store staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sale-out strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor retail store performance and optimize sales initiatives. Drive promotional campaigns and ensure proper execution at the retail level. 2. Channel and Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with retail channel partners and distributors. Provide regular training, guidance, and support to channel teams to maximize sales. Ensure product availability and optimal stock levels at retail outlets. 3. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and motivate the field sales team to achieve business objectives. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Set performance benchmarks and evaluate team performance. 4. Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular updates and reports on sale-out performance to senior management. Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine strategies. 5. Customer Experience: Ensure an excellent in-store experience for customers. Work closely with retail teams to maintain high standards of merchandising and service. 6. Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and branding guidelines. Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in retail operations. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 5+ years in retail sales, preferably with leadership experience. Strong understanding of retail operations, sales processes, and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Key Metrics for Success: Achievement of sale-out targets. Growth in retail market share. Team productivity and engagement. Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.,
