Analytical Skills Data interpretation to measure campaign success and optimize strategies. Proficiency in using marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.). 6. Creativity and Innovation Ability to design unique campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies. 7. Budget Management Expertise in planning and optimizing marketing budgets. 8. Communication and Presentation Skills Strong written and verbal communication for client pitches, campaigns, and PR. 9. Brand Management Skills in building, managing, and sustaining a strong brand identity. 10. Crisis Management Ability to handle negative publicity or marketing failures effectively. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Oversee Marketing Strategies Create cohesive marketing plans that integrate digital and offline channels. Set KPIs and analyze performance across all campaigns. 2. Team Leadership Hire, train, and lead marketing teams for various channels. Work closely with department heads for alignment. 3. Digital Marketing Management Oversee all online campaigns, including website, social media, PPC, and email. Ensure consistency across digital platforms. 4. Offline Marketing Management Plan events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional campaigns. Manage relationships with vendors, PR agencies, and media outlets. 5. Brand Development Strengthen the companys brand image in the market. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines. 6. Budget Allocation Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending. Optimize resources for maximum ROI. 7. Collaboration with Other Departments Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer service teams. 8. Monitor Market Trends Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Adjust strategies based on market insights. 9. Measure and Report Performance Present campaign performance and marketing ROI to stakeholders. 10. Crisis and Risk Management Address negative publicity and safeguard the brand reputation.,
