    Job Title: Sales Head Kerala Job Summary BoChe First Kiss, a new-born baby wear brand, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to drive our entire sales operations across Kerala. This role focuses on expanding market reach through multibrand retail outlets, building strong brand value, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, sales promotions, and team development, ensuring that targets are consistently exceeded. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Market Expansion Drive Sales Growth: Lead and manage all sales operations across Kerala, consistently exceeding sales targets. Retail Expansion: Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with multibrand retail outlets and other potential sales channels to expand market reach. Territory Management: Strategically plan and oversee the sales territory to ensure comprehensive market coverage and penetration. Team Leadership & Development Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to execute company strategies effectively. Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to drive continuous improvement and achievement of individual and team goals. Performance Monitoring: Set clear performance metrics, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure accountability and excellence. Strategic Planning & Execution Sales & Promotion Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies that align with the brand vision and market trends. Brand Building: Enhance brand value through targeted initiatives, in-store promotions, and collaborations with the marketing team. Campaign Management: Oversee promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost product visibility and drive sales. Customer & Retailer Engagement Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retailers to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Feedback & Improvement: Collect market feedback from retailers and customers to refine strategies and enhance product offerings. Reporting & Analytics Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and inform strategic planning. Regular Reporting: Provide comprehensive performance reports and insights to senior management on sales trends and team progress. Key Skills & Competencies Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team. Market Expansion: Demonstrated experience in driving market penetration and developing retail channels. Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and execution skills for sales and promotional campaigns. Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with retail partners. Analytical Ability: Proficient in data analysis to drive data-based decision-making. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications & Experience Education: Must be a Graduate (Bachelors degree in any field, with a preference for Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines). Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sales leadership, with proven experience in the apparel industry. Mandatory experience in apparel, with preference given to candidates with exposure to the kids and baby wear segment. Proven track record in managing sales operations, market expansion, and working with multibrand retail outlets.
