Additionally, Elite Window Factory provides services in frameless glass work and fabrication. Backed by a skilled and dedicated team and under the mentorship of Mr. Rohit Agrawal, the company has built a substantial clientele across the nation. Role Description This is a full-time role for an Aluminium Window Production Head located on-site in Jaipur. The Production Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production unit, including production planning, managing production processes, and ensuring optimal operational efficiency. Tasks will also involve team management, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards and quality control procedures. The role aims to streamline production activities, improve productivity, and maintain high-quality output. Qualifications Experience in Production Planning and Production Management Proficiency in Operations Management and Team Management Knowledge of Budgeting and financial oversight in production settings Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Experience in the aluminium window or related manufacturing industry is a plus,
