Job Description Total Yrs. of Experience* 5 years Relevant Yrs. of experience* 5 years Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) Responsibilities: Design and develop solution using Oracle Service Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirement. Create comprehensive technical design document Unit testing of the solution keeping end to end business flow in mind Work as part of an existing team and communicate effectively with all the team member and business stake holders. Skills: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in delivering technology solutions in Oracle Service Cloud space. Good hands on experience with OSvC BUI release. Hands on experience in all administration task including users, profiles, custom object creation, reports creation and Workspace creation. Hands on experience in JavaScript, PHP, HTML and CSS in OSvC space. Custom Script and Custom Processes (Event Handlers) Experience integrating with REST APIs Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills.
