UNITE EHR / EMR helps in recording, organizing and making available all the medical data of a patient in order to enhance the efficiency of medical visits and streamline the workflow for highly effective treatments. With UNITE, Doctors are aware of the patients entire case history. This helps them in looking beyond the momentary symptoms and treat the patient in a holistic approach. Also, the simple yet detailed structure of the program enables doctors as well as medical professional to maintain the data in a proper & resourceful manner. We are looking for a Full stack .Net Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET applications with a focus on scalability and security. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization. Stay up to date with emerging trends in software development, particularly within the .NET ecosystem. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues as they arise. Assist in the preparation of documentation and user manuals. Provide technical leadership in planning, designing, and building new features and systems. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the introduction of new tools, frameworks, and development practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). 2+ years of experience in a lead or senior developer role, including mentoring junior developers. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Experience with he should have experience in Angular and SQL with Stored Procedures. Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git, TFS, etc.).,
