Core java, springboot, microservices Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer/Team Lead with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST API development. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Create and manage robust and efficient REST APIs to support integration with external systems and client applications. Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Architect and implement solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards. Ensure code quality through comprehensive reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices. Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and incorporate them into the team's practices where appropriate. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework. In-depth knowledge of Microservices architecture and designing distributed systems. Expertise in designing and developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services. Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of security principles and their application in software development. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,
