Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Construction supervision of highway project social work.

Desired Candidate Profile

Social Development cum R&R Expert should be a Graduate in Social sciences / sociology with post-graduate in social sciences / sociology.
He/she should have more than 15 years experience in Preparation / implementation of R&R works including 10 years should be on the Construction Supervision project in Highway / Roads. Should have held a responsible position in the previous assignments and should possess participatory management skills.
Social Development cum R&R Expert shall have preferably worked in similar projects as a Consultant for at least 2 years and should have completed R&R works in at least 5 highway project/carried out monitoring and evaluation of R&R work in at least 5 infrastructure project in the capacity on Key Expert.
Should have experience of working with the World Bank or externally aided project.
