We are looking for Backend Engineers with a passion for solving complex data challenges at scale. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimise data pipelines that process terabytes of data daily, enabling real-time insights and supporting critical business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including application engineers, data engineers and product managers to deliver reliable and efficient data systems that power advanced analytics and machine learning models. Job Description Design, develop and maintain scalable and high-performance API services using GoLang. Implement RESTful or gRPC APIs ensuring reliability and performance. Collaborate with the product stakeholders and engineering team to understand requirements, design efficient backend systems and infrastructure. Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders including business leaders and external partners to align data engineering efforts with organization goals. Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical solutions to meet business needs. Design and optimize database schemas (model) for efficient data storage and retrieval. Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift or Snowflake, etc. Monitor and enhance API performance, scalability, and security. Debug and troubleshoot production issues to ensure minimal downtime. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. Stay updated on industry trends and vulnerabilities to proactively secure systems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and practices. Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools relevant to GoLang and backend development. Additional Job Description Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8-11 years of overall work experience. Proficiency in GoLang with hands on experience in developing APIs and backend services. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. Experience with API design, implementation and optimization. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with cloud service (AWS), various cloud data warehousing technologies (Snowflake or Redshift) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Excellent communication, mentoring and teamwork abilities. Regards TA Team- SRIB,
