Job Description
Hiring Account Executive /Sr. Accounts Executive - Bangalore (Whitefield)
Qualification: B com /M.com (Any Graduate with core experience in Accounts for the below said years)
Location: Whitefield
Work Experience: 3-5 Years
Joining : Immediate/At the earliest.
Salary Bracket: 20,000 to 30,000. (depending on Experience and Knowledge)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Company accounts
- Good knowledge about GST Calculation.
- Should be able to prepare balance sheet.
- Reviews the work of the accounting ( accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.)
- Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports, get the financial accounts audited.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- Maintain all processes and procedures compulsory for the audit purpose.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Hands on Experience in the latest version of Tally or SAP.
- Strong Knowledge and hands on experience of VAT Filing, TDS Filing, Taxation,Bank Reconciliation
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Governmental Accounting Standards .
- Experience with governmental/non-profit accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion.
- Knowledge and ability in the use of a personal computer and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Smart candidate with right attitude required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
- Represent organization in the government departments (like VAT department)
