Roles Were Hiring For: Sales Team Lead Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market share and maximize revenue opportunities. Mentor, guide, and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and professional growth. Conduct performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback to ensure team success. Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with the companys vision and goals. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and client needs to stay competitive. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering tailored staffing solutions. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to refine sales strategies. Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to senior management. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets. Prior leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
