The Inside Sales Team Lead (TL) is responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a mix of sales expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to meet and exceed revenue targets while fostering a high-performance sales culture. Job Location: Parel/Prabhadevi Station Work days: Mon to Sat(Sunday is a fixed off). One Saturday off in a month. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed team targets. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales efficiently. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns. Team Leadership & Coaching Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to improve productivity and performance. Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching to enhance sales skills. Foster a positive and competitive team environment to maintain high engagement and morale. Handle escalations and support the team in complex sales negotiations. Sales Operations & Process Optimization Implement and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, sales pipelines, and performance. Generate reports and provide insights to senior management for decision-making. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Ensure a customer-first approach by providing excellent service and follow-ups. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and address concerns proactively. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to improve offerings Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven Track record in Lead Generation 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader and 3+ years into Lead Generation. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
