Job Description

Role and Responsibility

  • Drive overall Operational excellence agenda while impacting key result areas around process efficiencies, smart and safe workplace, standard operating procedures and best practice sharing.
  • Understand the contractual requirements, identify gaps in value delivered, financial or reputational risk involved and quantify benefits.
  • Project/Program managing companywide benchmarking exercise and business development support and solution design.
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams to prorogate process view, identify issues and root causes and facilitate innovative solutions
  • Establish an efficient/effective process for communicating activities, formally tracking/reporting status/results and sharing best practices across sites and client segments.
  • Drive overall governance and senior stakeholders engagement.
  • Assess current service delivery process baseline and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the process of selecting, scoping and prioritizing Lean/Kaizen projects including review of resource utilization within site service delivery operations.

Lead/support ongoing project reviews and reporting


Key Skills and competencies:

  • Excellent client presence, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Expert in LEAN , Six sigma , and other quality tools and their application based on business scenario
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent Mentoring, facilitation and training skills
  • Ability to look at processes and work area critically and has the knack of identifying issues and bottlenecks.
  • Ability to understand and analyze the financial performance data
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Inspires others to achieve high standards and adapt to change.
  • Strong influencing skills, able to motivate others. Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail orientation, prioritization and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
