Job Description As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing, auditing, testing, and optimizing voice bot workflows for Yara. You will work closely with our Product and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless conversational experiences. What the role entails Bot Workflow Development: Write workflows which are conversation scripts for the bot in Hindi & English. (to simplify the task, we will train you on how to use platforms like Chatgpt). Auditing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of the workflows to ensure accuracy and functionality. Testing and Optimization: Assist in testing bot workflows across different platforms and devices to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. Continuously optimise workflows based on user feedback and performance metrics. Documentation and Reporting: Document any comments, improvements, errors and report the same. Desired candidate profile Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Decent written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for learning.
