Web site : www.everestengg.in Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer - Steel Fabrication Unit at Everest Engineering Equipment Pvt Ltd's New factory set up at Kolad(100Km from Navi Mumbai).As a production Engineer in the plant, you will oversee day-to-day operations of steel fabrication, ensuring quality standards are met, production schedules are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous process improvements. Experience in precise steel structure fabrication, production process management and operations. Knowledge in MIG welding, Laser cutting, Hydraulic press brake, Iron Worker, Machining . etc Knowledge in welding Process specifications, procedure qualifications and records. Knowledge of maintaining jigs & fixtures. Good knowledge in Fabrication CAD drawings. Job allocation & proper engagement of welders, fitters, mechanics and other workers. Optimisation & control of utility like welding wires / gases, Electricity, water, Diesel, Compressed air . etc Store Inventory requisitions, Purchase coordinations. etc. Maintenance scheduling of all machineries including DG set, Forklift trucks, Hydra cranes, EOT cranes.etc Knowledge of proper quality control processes and safety regulations in steel fabrication. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions. Preferably Experience in working with construction or infrastructure equipment manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Qualification & Experience . Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Fabrication Engineering or relevant field With 5-6 years of experience in high precision Steel structure fabrication. Remuneration Rs 4,50,000 ~ 6,00,000 PA Net in Hand. + Accomodation +PF +PT +Insurance + Bonus + Gratuity .etc as per company policy.,
