- Company Overview: Scribido Talks is an initiative by Scribido Campus Pvt. Ltd., an Indian education services company that offers various products and services to schools. Scribido Talks provides a platform for students to engage in meaningful discussions, enhancing their public speaking and critical thinking abilities. Job Summary: The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of Scribido Talks programs, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and meet the needs of our student participants. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of literature and public speaking, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Key Responsibilities: Program Development and Management: Design, implement, and oversee programs that promote public speaking, creative writing, and critical thinking among students. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers, content creators, and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with schools, educators, parents, and students. Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries. Workshops and Events: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and events related to literature and public speaking. Ensure these events are engaging, educational, and align with Scribido Talks" mission. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness. Implement improvements based on feedback and best practices. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on program status, outcomes, and areas for improvement. Present findings to senior management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Literature, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector. Experience with public speaking or literature-focused programs is highly desirable. Skills: Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with diverse audiences, including students, educators, and parents. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience in conflict resolution and performance management. Organizational: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail is crucial. Interpersonal: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools. Additional Requirements: - Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune, preferably near Koregaon Park. - Passion: A genuine passion for literature, education, and empowering students through public speaking. - Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings or weekends as required by program schedules.
