Job Description

    Department: Special Projects Job location: Goregaon (west), Mumbai Shift timings: 10 AM - 7 PM Reporting: Sr. Manager Special Projects Crimson is looking for an experienced Manager Project Management with excellent team, people, and project management skills to define strategies as well as handle a highly dynamic team of project consultants. This role will be involved in end to end management of projects starting from client requests to final project delivery. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operations Management Managing client escalations and providing guidance to the team on day to day queries. Ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds the set KPI targets. Consistent work towards providing a WOW experience to the clients. Managing freelancers/subject matter experts to ensure effective freelancer relationship management. Liaise with the internal teams for effective management of new projects and implementation of strategies. Freelancer capacity planning and raising freelancer hiring requisitions as per the service area specified. Monitor and improve freelancer pool adherence and full time freelancer coverage month-on-month. Responsible for deadline extension or budget deviation requests if any with reasons. Track in-house process deviation and plan next steps to improve the numbers month-on-month. People Management Groom the team members for the next level & enhance their skillset. Conduct & spearhead team meetings as per the defined schedule & agenda. Manage & regulate team's shrinkage and attrition. MIS Reporting & Data Analytics Prepare, analyze & share business performance reports on a monthly basis Prepare & validate data for the respective dashboards Identify & highlight trends within different geographies from metrics & suggest next steps implementation. Sharing deadline adherence reports on a monthly basis with detailed RCA. Maintaining team hygiene trackers and sharing it on a monthly basis. Analyze all key metrics available in BI and work on action plans to improve performance. Strategy & Innovation Strategic collaboration with the internal teams to devise next steps on the overall quality & delivery aspect Hear the voice of client & take steps to improve existing products/processes to enhance client experience Formulation & implementation of business strategies to achieve set goals. Ensure regular developmental initiatives are taken to attain the optimal Development Credit Score. Training & Development Provide process & product related training to the team ensuring to embed the cultural aspect & client behavior for the respective geography. Mentor & coach team members to assist them deliver as per expected standards. Ensure the team is updated with the industry knowledge. Work Management Ensuring the team productivity should be as per the set expectations. Analyzing team occupancy and planning for resource alignment. Performance Management Conduct regular performance reviews & provide developmental feedback to the team members. Identify High Potential Employees and also propose & implement succession planning. Provide & map career progression within the team. Key Requirements and characteristics: Minimum 8 years of experience in any of the following domains: Project management, Client servicing, Client experience or Account Management. Graduate from a reputed institute. MBA preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to resolve client concerns in the most efficient manner Excellent business acumen to analyze and take actions in the benefit of the organisation Knowledge of using MS Office and ability to acclimatize to different technical tools used in the organization Perks & Benefits for you: Work with a highly energetic and diverse global team.
