We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, promoting and selling our products or services, building relationships with new clients, and achieving sales targets.
Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential leads, customers, and prospects to introduce products or services.
Product Promotion: Understand the company's products/services and present them to customers clearly, highlighting benefits and features.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling and follow-up strategies.
Lead Qualification: Qualify and convert leads into actual sales by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Follow-ups: Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but havent made a decision yet.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries related to the products or services offered.
CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and activities in the CRM system.
Reporting: Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, results, and market trends to the sales manager.
Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
