We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our staffing firm. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates for IT & Non-IT roles across various industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, and using multiple sourcing channels to attract top talent.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates through job portals and social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Technical & Non-Technical Hiring: Handle IT and Non-IT hiring.
Coordination: Work closely with Team Manager, and candidates to ensure smooth Interview process.
Database Management: Maintain candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment tracker.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry hiring trends and talent availability.
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
1-5 years of recruitment experience (IT & Non-IT hiring, preferably in a staffing firm).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
Exposure to diverse hiring projects (IT & Non-IT across industries).
