Job Description

• Identify and engage potential channel partners to collaborate strategically with our developer firm.
• Lead the onboarding process for new channel partners, guiding them through the necessary
• documentation and agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and
• support needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction, retention, and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, transactions, and agreements using CRM
• software or other relevant tools.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure
• alignment and support in meeting partner objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth
• opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, offering insights
• and recommendations to management.
