Stay updated on the latest trends in the jewellery market to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize sales revenue.
Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for service and product improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the luxury or jewellery industry.
Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery craftsmanship.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and understand their needs.
Sales-driven mindset with a strong ability to cross-sell and upsell.
Experience with CRM tools and customer database management.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential client information.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in gemology (GIA, IGI, or equivalent) is a plus.
Previous experience working with a luxury brand or high-end jewellery retailer.
Strong network of existing clients within the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
