Scheduling & Coordination:Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments while ensuring efficient time management.
Administrative Support:Prepare reports, presentations, and draft correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Travel Arrangements:Plan, book, and organize travel, transport, and accommodation for business-related purposes.
Meeting Management:Organize events, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action points.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:Assist in identifying and following up with leads for client meetings and business development (No sales targets).
Confidentiality & Discretion:Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
A proactive, dedicated, and trustworthy individual with a client-focused attitude.
Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
