We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Field Service Engineer with expertise in IT hardware, including computers, laptops, all types of printers, and related equipment. The ideal candidate should take complete ownership of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Vacancies all over Kerala (Preference Kozhikode, Malappuram, Kottayam, Ernakulam) Responsibilities: Technical Support & Troubleshooting: - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in computers, laptops, and various printers (inkjet, laser, thermal, multifunctional, etc.), Scanner, Photocopier . - Perform installations, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs for IT equipment at client locations. - Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, minimizing downtime and service disruptions. Field Operations & Customer Support: - Respond promptly to service requests and visit client sites to provide on-site technical support. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. - Provide technical guidance and preventive maintenance recommendations to customers. Ownership & Initiative: - Take full responsibility for handling service calls and resolving issues without delays. - Identify recurring problems and suggest long-term solutions to enhance service efficiency. - Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all tasks performed. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: - Work closely with the support team and management to enhance service quality. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and troubleshooting techniques. - Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements in field operations. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in servicing computers, laptops, printers, and IT hardware. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues independently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple service calls efficiently and work under pressure. Willingness to travel extensively for field service operations.
