The Opportunity | Director, Training as a Service In this role, you will develop original creative design concepts and approaches, overseeing multiple projects from initiation through execution and managing a team of designers. Drives the collaborative efforts of the projects Creative, User Experience and Technology teams, and inspires teammates at all levels to exceed expectations. He/she should be able to interpret business requirements and client briefs quickly and translate them into elegant, creative solutions. Often working to tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects, the creative director must be skilled at overseeing a creative team (including but not limited to: experience designers, copywriters, content strategists, and graphic designers). The creative director must be exceptional at pitching creative concepts to clients and company stakeholders, as well as communicating ideas and creating concepts for other team members. The Responsibilities Distil abstract business concepts and client needs into refined, elegant creative solutions. Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them. Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of their creative team. Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their creative team. Ensure that all the organizations or clients creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand. Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders and understands budget. Supervise the entire creative process, and guides the team including art directors, copywriters, content strategists, graphic artists, and various designers. Manage the client expectations. Plan, develop and implement strategy for training, discipline, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, and quality management issues. Handle any kind of escalations pertaining to Team management, Training guidelines, Compliance adherence & Complaints. Ensures batch funds are utilised to drive engagement & performance and billing information is submitted in a timely manner. The Qualifications Graduation degree 10-15 years of experience in Instructional designing, content development, Graphics, and multimedia designing & operations. Extensive knowledge of managing large instructional design team. Measure performance of the team for e.g., performance appraisals, confirmation and ongoing feedback and training as well as retain team members. Track Trainer Utilization and ensure optimum resource utilization. Mentor and coach new AMs / Managers on the job Experience in CSAT/ NPS metric management Excellent communication and client management skills, presentation abilities, and stakeholder Management. Skills for planning, assigning, and directing work. Ability to coach, develop action plans which maximize performance and provide effective feedback. Be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Maintains current knowledge of industry developments, productions, and involvement in network communication. Record statistics, performance levels and other reports.
