Job Description
- Experience: 10-20 years, with at least 6+ years of leading large programs working with top-tier consulting firms post MBA preferably in Project Management/Program Management/PMO/Transformation Realization Office specializing in banking and financial institutions. An MBA from a top-tier institution. Experience in Management Consulting preferably with big 4 firms and other IT enabled services equivalent firms. Proven experience in leading at least 8 large-scale business transformation or technology-enabled transformation programs as a project head. Demonstrated ability to manage extensive teams, foster strong client relationships, and execute complex programs on time, within budget, and delivering measurable value. Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Risk Breakdown Structures (RBS) to ensure project clarity, task division, and risk identification. Experience in a client-facing role while consistently achieving a CSAT score of 7/7. Full PMP experience with competency in designing, mobilizing, managing and driving delivery execution of programme activities owning critical client relationships with a view to achieving client satisfaction, revenue and profitability targets. Experience in driving service delivery using best in class practices and methodologies, with various operating models, systems, processes and policies and experience of working on Agile and SDLC frameworks. Experience as a Value Realization professional which involves performing current state analysis of business processes, building to be Target Operation Models and business case creation thru ROI analysis of the proposed solutions aligned to complexity, cost and business criticality. Project Management: Experience in agile methodologies, have led as Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master roles within SAFe projects and helped build Agile Ways of working transformation programs for client IT organizations. Proven At least one recognized project management certification (e.g., PMI-PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, CAPM, CSM). Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power-point, Excel and PM Tools like Jira, Clarizen, Clarity, Change-point, Planview etc. Have excellent consulting, communication, stakeholder management skills and strong thought leadership in the emerging technology space, preferably in digital channels. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet business requirements.,
