- Job Title: Backend Developer (Node.js) Experience: 2+ years Salary: 5 LPA Location: Remote/Hybrid/On-site (as per company policy) Company: Altrodav Technologies Pvt. Ltd. About Us: We are Altrodav Technologies, building MeetX, an AI-driven Activity-Based Networking platform that helps people connect through shared activities and interests. We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Node.js) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js, Express.js. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components. Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to enhance platform functionality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Implement authentication & authorization using JWT/OAuth. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with Node.js. Strong understanding of Express.js, API development, and microservices architecture. Experience working with databases (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL). Knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, or other caching and message queue tools (preferred). Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
