In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex web solutions using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React. You will lead the development of web applications and services, ensuring they meet both internal and external requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in web development, with a strong ability to drive projects from concept to completion, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers. This position requires a deep understanding of both development and design principles, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality products on schedule. Responsibilities Lead the development of complex web applications and services using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices. Work closely with the QA team to manage the handoff for testing, support during the testing process, and resolve any issues that arise. Oversee and participate in the design and development phases, ensuring high standards of quality and performance. Conduct performance and unit tests on new and existing software to identify and address issues, optimize performance, and ensure robust functionality. Implement and promote industry-standard UI and design patterns and methodologies. Share expertise and best practices with the team to enhance overall development practices within the organization. Required Skills Extensive experience with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Proficiency with SQL Server (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers) and Entity Frameworks. Experience with RESTful web services and LINQ. Expertise in HTML5, Razor View Engine, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Minimum Qualification Required Qualification B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field, or an advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Several years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and React. Any Postgraduate degree in Any Specialization is a plus but not required. Additional Info,
